📦 Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
❌ We do not accept returns for:
Opened food or grooming products
Pet hygiene items (to prevent contamination)
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Products bought during clearance sales or offers (unless defective)
🔁 How to Request a Return
Email us at petmultiverse01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos showing the issue.
Our support team will verify and approve eligible returns.
Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on return steps.
💰 Refund Process
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the product is received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
🔄 Replacements
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll offer a free replacement or refund—your choice.

Return shipping costs are covered only if the item is defective or wrong.
No returns or refunds will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
Always record an unboxing video if your order appears tampered or damaged.
