Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or refunds on live pet sales. But we will take warranty for small animals upto 3 months and medium and large pets at least 6 month. However, for non-living items (food, toys, accessories), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect. Proof via photos is required. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product verification.
