At Pet Multiverse, we’re committed to delivering your pet essentials quickly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🚛 Delivery Time & Zones
We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners.

💵 Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 depending on the order weight and location.
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
COD Charges (if available): Additional ₹50
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship live animals or live pets through our platform.
Orders containing restricted or hazardous items (like aerosols or certain chemicals) may be cancelled or returned.
🛑 Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed or stuck in transit:
Contact our support team for updates.
If a package is lost or damaged during delivery, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
📮 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order directly on our website under “Track My Order.”
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
